I am to the point that I have given up on the drugs. I would rather deal with the pain devil than the drug devil. Seemed like it was doing more harm than good. I have to work as I am the bread winner. I have no choice but to be clear in the head and fight through the pain. Do you have the pain to the touch in the center of the throat?

Comment by Monica on February 15, 2012 at 11:45am Yes, I have that same pain that feels like I have a knife in my throat and gets worse as the day goes on. I went off meds for about 3 months and couldn't take it. Now I am on baclofen which makes me speedy but better than others and does take away more pain than other drugs I have been on. I am eating again which I barely ate for 4 years and have gotten pretty thin so this is different to get use to. I admire you for working. I don't know how you do it.
